Embassy Developments Ltd. announced its expansion into the Mumbai Metropolitan Region in January 2026, marking the first residential developments under the Embassy brand in the city. Embassy Bayview Juhu is one of three flagship residential projects in this expansion.
The Project
Spread over 2.45 acres and comprising 95 units, the project promises privacy, upscale amenities, and unmatched connectivity to beaches, business hubs, and entertainment zones. The development consists of 7 towers, ranging from G+4 to G+9 in elevation.
Configurations include 3, 4, and 5 BHK units ranging from 2,500 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft, featuring stepped roof terraces, villas, and penthouses. Select penthouses are equipped with private pools and jacuzzis.
Location and Connectivity
Juhu Tara Road is a residential enclave offering quiet luxury, close proximity to the beach and yet very good connectivity across Mumbai — with the airport, Western Express Highway, business hubs like BKC and Bandra–Worli Sea Link all within easy reach.
