EMBASSY EAST BUSINESS PARK — New Project Coming Up in Whitefield, Bangalore
A Mixed-Use Commercial Campus for Whitefield's Growing IT Corridor
Embassy East Business Park in Whitefield spans 78.55 acres with a total built-up area of 12.9 million sq.ft. Construction on Blocks 1 and 2 is set to begin soon, with Blocks 3 to 13 planned for the next phase of development.
The project represents a significant expansion of commercial infrastructure in Bangalore's most established IT hub. Whitefield is home to over 1,000 IT and multinational firms, establishing its position as Asia's largest technology park. Major corporations including Oracle, TCS, Accenture, IBM, SAP Labs, and Dell Technologies operate significant offices in and around the locality.
Development Scope and Mixed-Use Design
The first phase of the 60-acre Embassy East Business Park is located on Whitefield Main Road with the initial phase developed on 9 acres and a gross leasable area of 1.3 million sq.ft. The Business Park will offer a mixed-use community including co-living, essential retail and amenities, creating a 'work-live-play' experience for occupiers.
Connectivity and Location
The park's position on Whitefield Main Road provides direct access to Bangalore's primary IT employment corridor. The Business Park will have direct commuter access to the upcoming ITPL metro station, connecting the park seamlessly to Bangalore's CBD.
The project is nestled off Whitefield Main Road with access to Whitefield's robust social and physical infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, banks, tech parks, and malls. Connectivity is set to improve further with the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR), Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), and the recently launched Metro Purple Line.
