Godrej Florenne Phase II Launches Off Soukya Road in Whitefield
Phase II launches off Soukya Road in Whitefield
Godrej Properties Limited launched Godrej Florenne Phase II off Soukya Road in Whitefield, Bengaluru, on 20 September 2026. The Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority registered the phase five days earlier, on 15 September, under the name GODREJ FLORENNE PHASE II and registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/150926/008943.
The new phase is planned as 68 residential row houses: 28 four-bedroom homes and 40 five-bedroom homes, according to a September project roundup. Project material also identifies Hemmandahalli as part of the location. The registration lists 30 September 2031 as the completion date. The launch and registration relate to Godrej Properties Limited; Embassy Group is not identified as the project’s developer or joint-venture partner.
The details
Phase II adds to the wider Godrej Florenne development, which is described in project material as a 20-acre, three-phase row-house community with 242 homes in total. Those project-wide figures comprise 150 homes in Phase I, 68 in Phase II and a planned 24 in Phase III. Materials describe 13 clusters or buildings across the development; these totals should not be read as Phase II-only figures.
The announced Phase II mix is limited to four- and five-bedroom row houses. Project-wide listings describe a range of home sizes, but the figures are not a Phase II-specific schedule. The same distinction applies to advertised prices: figures circulated for the wider development do not constitute a Phase II price sheet.
Materials for the broader project describe low-rise row houses, with ground floors and up to three upper floors, and French Renaissance-inspired architecture. Architect Hafeez Contractor is named in project-wide material. Reported design features include private courtyards and lifts. Broader amenity descriptions include a clubhouse of approximately 22,000 sq ft, a central park, gardens, play areas, a multi-sport court, landscaped paths and social spaces, alongside a swimming pool, gym and indoor games. These descriptions concern the overall development.
