Embassy Unveils Sadahalli Apartment Community with 1,352 Homes in North Bengaluru
Embassy Group has put its Sadahalli project on the market as a pre-launch apartment community, branded Embassy Sadahalli and also known as Embassy Navaratna Agrahara. The scheme sits near MSEC Road in Navarathna Agrahara, in the Sadahalli belt of north Bengaluru, and covers 16.8 acres with 1,352 homes spread across eight residential towers.
Details on the developer's microsite, current as of 21 October 2026, place the project about 4 km from NH 44 and 12.8 km from Kempegowda International Airport. The plan includes 3.09 acres of landscaped grounds with around 850 trees, and 1,282 car parking spaces, of which 323 are EV-ready. Pricing is being held back until launch, and completion is expected in the first quarter of 2030.
The details of the plan
Each of the eight towers is planned with three basement levels, a ground floor and 20 floors above. The homes span five configurations, from 1 BHK apartments to 4 BHK duplexes, and the mix is designed to serve both smaller households and larger families.
- 1 BHK apartments
- 2 BHK apartments
- 2.5 BHK apartments
- 3 BHK apartments
- 4 BHK duplexes
Shared amenities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a sports court and a walking and jogging track, set within the landscaped gardens. The large green component, with close to 850 trees, gives the community a substantial open-space share for a project of this scale.
Pricing has not been announced and is available on request. Prospective buyers can register their interest on the microsite to receive priority access when the project launches.
Location and connectivity
The project is linked to the wider city by NH 44, also known as Bellary Road, a six-lane expressway. Drive times from the site are roughly 25 to 30 minutes to Hebbal and 60 to 75 minutes to central Bengaluru. Devanahalli Station is about 3.5 km away and Yelahanka Junction is about 13 km away, giving residents rail options in two directions.
Air travel is a key draw of the corridor. Kempegowda International Airport lies about 12.8 km from the site, and the airport metro corridor, a Blue Line extension, is under construction. The area is also shaped by the 3,000-acre KIADB Aerospace Park and SEZ, which is cited as a major driver of employment and activity in the northern belt.
