Milestone Opening on Outer Ring Road
Embassy Office Parks REIT and Hilton announced the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Tech Village, a 211-key hotel located within Embassy TechVillage, one of Bengaluru's most prominent integrated business parks on Outer Ring Road.
The 211-key Hilton Garden Inn opens as the first phase of a 529-key Hilton development at Embassy TechVillage. The hotel marks the first phase of the upcoming 529-key dual-branded Hilton development at Embassy TechVillage, which will also include a full-service Hilton Hotels & Resorts property later this year.
Strategic Location and Connectivity
The hotel is located within Embassy TechVillage on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road corridor, with seamless connectivity to key business hubs and direct access to the upcoming Kadubeesanahalli Metro Station. Embassy TechVillage hosts leading global corporations across technology, financial services, consulting and global capability centres, serving over 100,000 users within a large-scale business ecosystem.
Guest Facilities
The hotel features modern amenities and is designed around intuitive functionality, offering efficient workspaces, seamless connectivity and flexible meeting facilities. The hotel also features a 24-hour fitness centre and a temperature-controlled outdoor pool, creating a complete environment for productivity, comfort and recovery.
Two dining concepts serve guests: Desi Quotient (DQ) focuses on regional Indian food, while Merigo, the all-day dining venue, serves global options.
Partnerships and Market Context
The launch represents Hilton's fourth hotel with Embassy REIT. The opening marks Embassy REIT and Hilton's second dual-branded hotel complex in Bengaluru.
With this opening, Hilton's Bengaluru portfolio now totals 13 properties, making it the company's largest cluster in India. Embassy REIT already operates a 619-key twin hotel with Hilton in its Manyata Business Park and a 247-key Hilton hotel at Embassy GolfLinks in Bengaluru.

Embassy Group, established in 1993, operates Embassy Office Parks REIT, which is the first listed REIT in India and Asia's largest office REIT by area. The opening strengthens hospitality infrastructure along Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road corridor.
