Four Seasons Management Agreement to Conclude at Embassy One

Four Seasons will conclude its management of the hotel at Embassy One in Bangalore, with effect from February 28th, 2027. The company and Four Seasons mutually agreed to part ways, and that it is now evaluating new operators.

The announcement was made during Embassy REIT's Q1 FY2027 earnings call, where the REIT reported revenue and net operating income growing 17% year-on-year.

The Property

The landmark destination Embassy ONE encompasses the 230-room Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, 105 Four Seasons Private Residences and commercial and luxury retail space. The all-new Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE is a lush landscaped haven of relaxed luxury in a booming city.

Operator Search Underway

Embassy REIT is currently evaluating potential new hospitality operators and looks forward to finalizing a new partner in the near term. The transition period extends to late February 2027, providing time for the REIT and Four Seasons to manage an orderly handover.
