Embassy Whitefield is a pre-launch apartment community by Embassy Group on ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, spanning 17.9 acres with approximately 1,000 homes in 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, and 3 BHK configurations from Rs 1.5 Crore. The project was announced in June 2025 following the signing of a Joint Development Agreement with an estimated gross development value of Rs 1,600 Cr.
Location and Connectivity
The project is nestled off Whitefield Main Road and will have access to Whitefield's social and physical infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, banks, tech parks, and malls. The site sits opposite Nexus Shantiniketan Mall, 52 metres from Manipal Hospital Whitefield, and adjacent to Prestige Shantiniketan township.
Whitefield has emerged as one of East Bangalore's primary residential and employment centers. Whitefield is known as one of India's biggest IT and tech hubs and is also famous for its large shopping malls, a wide range of premium homes, and key spiritual centers like Sri Sathya Sai Baba Ashram. The Purple Line Metro is fully operational in the Bangalore Whitefield area, connecting Kadugodi, Hope Farm, and Pattandur Agrahara directly to MG Road, Indiranagar, and central Bangalore.
Connectivity is set to improve further with the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road (PRR), Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR), and the recently launched Metro Purple Line. The Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station and the Whitefield Railway Station are located just about 1 km apart and are well-connected through local autos and BMTC buses.

Project Status
RERA registration is pending as of June 2026. The project is currently in pre-launch phase, with RERA approval and possession dates to be announced. It is targeting FY2027 delivery.
