EMBASSY SOUTH RESERVE — New Project Coming Up in North Yelahanka, Bangalore

Embassy South Reserve Announced in North Yelahanka

Embassy Developments announced the launch of Embassy Origins, an approximately 85-acre residential development in North Bengaluru. The first phase of the development comprises two RERA-approved residential projects – Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, with a combined GDV of Rs 4,500 crore.

Embassy South Reserve comprises 855 apartments, ranging from studio to 3.5 BHK, with RERA registration K-RERA: South Reserve 008925. Located in North of Yelahanka, Embassy Origins brings together Embassy Riverine villas and Embassy South Reserve apartments, positioned near Tarahunise Lake.

Design Philosophy and Landscape

Designed and landscaped by Bengaluru-based Bhumiputra Architecture, led by Principal Architect Alok Shetty, the development integrates approximately 4,000 trees across 100–120 species, with the existing landscape forming a continuous green spine through the masterplan. The layout follows the site's natural water systems and contours, creating a central riparian corridor that acts as the green spine of the community.

Location and Connectivity

Origins sits beside the Embassy International Riding School and close to Vidyashilp University, in the airport-side belt north of Yelahanka rather than in the congested middle of the city. The area enjoys increased prominence, being just 20 kilometers from Kempegowda International Airport and well-connected via NH44.

Social infrastructure, including schools such as Ryan International and Canadian International, and hospitals like Aster CMI and Columbia Asia, adds to the area's livability. Yelahanka's growth is anchored in its strategic location, balanced residential supply, strong infrastructure, and proximity to employment centers, catering to a range of buyers from mid-segment investors to luxury homebuyers.

Embassy Group's Track Record

Embassy has a long, visible delivery record in this exact corridor – Lake Terraces, Boulevard, Springs, Grove and the International Riding School are all within the northern belt. Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve are registered on the Karnataka RERA register under PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/090926/008924 and PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/090926/008925 respectively, registered the same day.

Amenities and Community Features

The amenity programme includes padel and pickleball courts alongside conventional tennis, box cricket, spa, salon, gym and banquet provision. The first phase introduces two distinct zones: Embassy Riverine, a collection of 217 private villas, and Embassy South Reserve, featuring 855 apartments.
